一、主要特点:
1. 接驳装置:
联动式入板接驳方式,铝型材导轨,不锈钢链条传动。

模组化设计,喷雾移动采用步进马达控制;对应PCB喷雾长度自动调节,数字设定喷雾宽度及速度,带压力表微调装置调节喷雾流量和喷雾颗粒大小; 恒压装置供给助焊剂、助焊剂液位报警及助焊剂自动添加;强力排风、过滤系统;配置喷雾与预热间隔离风刀。
5. 预热系统:
新型抽屉式模块化和节能设计,一段红外和二段微热风循环加热,热效率更高,温度更均匀。三段温区,预热区长度为1.8米,PID温度控制方式。

强制自然风上下冷却。

Main Features
1. Buffer conveyor Linkage PCB loading mode with aluminum rail & stainless steel chain.
- Conveyor system
The conveyor system is equipped with heavy-type double hook finger and aluminum alloy rail which prevents rail from distorting; PCB width adjusts manually; conveying angle adjustable, equipped with digital angle display meter, conveying speed adopts inverter control with stepless adjustment.
3. Solder pot system
Apply tailor-made cast iron material to solder pot inner body; surface is with corrosion preventive treatment. Linkage motor driving wave, speed adjusted by inverter, solder dross flow and oxide reducing equipment, manual methods for controlling pot in/out & up/down, outer heating unit, PID temperature control method and lower-liquid-level alarm.
4. Spray flux system
The spray flux system employs modular type design, spray movement adopts step motor control; automatic adjustment in accordance with PCB spraying length, spray width and speed by digital setting, using micro adjustment unit of pressure meter to adjust spray flux and the measure of spray grain; constant pressure device supplies flux, flux level alarm and automatic flux addition; air exhaust and filter system of strong power.
